Naomi´s Blackberry Wheat Bread Recipe

I made my first loaf of wheat bread last night. As usual, I photograph the entire process from beginning to end. I have some great photos here....

1 loaf
1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees F)
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon blackberry syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 package active dry yeast
Liquid Mixture
The first thing I do is boil 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of white sugar, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Then I add 1 tablespoon of my blackberry syrup. Then I set it aside and let it cool until the liquid mixture is just warm. 
Then I added the active dry yeast to the liquid mixture, and let it activate. 
Dry Ingredients
Mix together the dry ingredients. 
Combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Kneed dough, set aside and let rise for one hour
